Sports Cable Question! Help Please!?

I really want to watch the Phoenix Suns vs. Dallas Mavericks game tomorrow. Can I watch it without cable?

    if you live in either Dallas or Phoenix maybe…

    if not, you’ll probably have to go to a friend’s house or sports bar to watch it.
