Question by Cerise: Is Arlington, TX a good city to live in regards to economy and entertainment?
I’m thinking of taking a transfer to our Dallas office but I don’t want to live directly in Dallas but somewhere close.

I am from the Dallas area and Arlington has been one of the worst areas of the metroplex for at least the last 15 years. The funny part is that the area where the stadium is located is just north of some of the worst areas. The Rangers are even about to go out of business! Many businesses are vacant and windows are missing and there are a bunch of teens running around thinking they rule things.
Can this be changed in time or did Jerry make a big mistake going there instead of Dallas?

Anyone who has attended, knows anyone that has attended, or has simply heard random things about either school are invited to answer. All answers appreciated!
P.S. – I will be studying Business Administration.

Several cab companies will make that run for a reasonable price (i.e. Executive Taxi, Super Shuttle…).
If you’re staying at a hotel, see if they run a shuttle service.

Needing to take a Taxi when traveling from DFW airport to Arlington and it should take 20 minutes, only 12 miles.
