Hello and thank you for taking the time to view my question. I need help on deciding what to buy my boyfriend for Christmas. We’ve been together for 5 months. We met online through mutual friends (he lives in Mexico, I’m in the US) and we’re planning on meeting in person soon (hopefully in February =)). I’m 18 and he’s 22, we really love each other and have plan to get married in the future, once we both finish our careers (mine= medicine, his= law). I know his likes and dislikes, the problem is that he has everything, his family is very wealthy and mine isn’t, so I would appreciate any ideas on what to give him (priced no more than $300). I know he would like an omega watch, but that is way out of my range. He loves sports (adores the Dallas Cowboys), cars, motorcycles, music, reading. I’m thinking about doing something meaningful and inexpensive, but I would like to get him something else as well. Any ideas? Thank you and Happy Holidays! =)
Oh, one more thing, hehe…I met his family by phone, and I was thinking about getting his parents a box of chocolates along with a christmas card, a music box for his oldest sister (15) and a doll for the youngest (7)…would that be appropriate or is it too much? We haven’t talked about exchanging gifts…I don’t expect anything from him, it really doesn’t interest me, but I would like to surprise him. =D

I have been in the restaurant biz since I was 16. From kitchen to service, management to consulting, I have done it all. My children are in school now and playing sports, I would like to stop working late and on weekends. Income isn’t a priority because if I worked less my wife’s business could increase. I would like answers about jobs, employment agencies, head hunters etc. I am near the Dallas area and would like to stay in Texas.

I have never dated a guy for Valentines Day, so I have no idea what to get him. It’ll be 3 months when Valentines Day hit, but we met in August when school started. He doesn’t really like sweets, and its a pain to cook in the dorm. He likes NASCAR and the Dallas Cowboys, but I got him something sports related for Christmas. I’d kinda like to stay with a reasonable budget. Any ideas would be great!

my mom can’t think of anything to get my brother, her son, for christmas. hes a dallas fan but we already got him a jersey and a few other cowboys things. hes not a real athletic person so nothing with sports. we got him a few wii games and 2 shirts from hollister but we cant think of anything else to get him and he rarely asks for anything so we dont know and i asked him and he said i dnt know.

I am looking for some business connections in the Houston or Dallas Tx areas since they are well known for call centers. But I travel all over the country now so any areas will work. Let me know if you have any marketing ideas that I may not have tapped into. Thanks for your ideas. This is a first post for me so again I learn.
